All-on-4 and All-on-6 techniques
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are full-arch rehabilitation methods in which a fixed complete prosthesis is placed on dental implants for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth.
All-on-4 → the prosthesis is fixed on 4 implants. Two implants are placed straight in the front and two in the back at an angle to make better use of existing bone, often without the need for bone grafting.
All-on-6 → the same concept, but the prosthesis is supported by 6 implants, providing greater stability and better force distribution during chewing.

Advantages and key difference
- •Fixed teeth with natural aesthetics
- •Restore chewing function and your smile
- •Teeth can often be placed “within the same day”
- •More comfortable than removable dentures
All-on-6 offers greater stability and is recommended when there is good bone volume.
All-on-4 is often used when bone volume is more limited or a more economical treatment is preferred.

Benefits of dental implants
More natural appearance
Implant-supported restorations are designed to integrate as naturally as possible with your smile.
Improved chewing and speech function
Implants help restore comfort during daily eating and communication.
Long-term stability
When properly maintained and regularly monitored, implants can offer a very durable solution. Still, like any dental treatment, they require periodic checkups and maintenance.
Protection of surrounding structures
Unlike some alternatives, an implant does not rely on neighboring teeth as mechanical support. This can be an advantage in certain clinical cases.
